Tiffany & Co. is the authority in all things love and engagement. To do so, they needed to redefine the positioning and communication strategy. I played a key role as part of the special task force to translate that vision into digital solutions from site experience to social activation and as a strategist to plan a roadmap for the type of content needed to express this mutl-faceted campaign story.

How do you translate that signature in-store engagement ring buying experience online? The result is a reimagined digital platform that extend beyond the human touch. With the use of technology and interaction, we created a customizable engagement ring shopping interface and a content hub “Tiffany Concierge” where we humanize that experience from a digital appointment feature to a guide to “Yes!” offering tip on proposing and selecting the perfect symbol of love.
